Tree Technician

Bonny's Wood require a full time tree technician to carry out tree surgery, forestry and conservation related works.

Candidates must have relevant certificates of competence for chainsaw operation and clean driving licence.

Pesticide, climbing and MEWP tickets would be preferred but not essential as would experience of tractor and plant operation.

The job would suit a hard-working and self-motivated person with attention to detail. Applicants should have the ability to work independently with adherence to industry specific health and safety issues.

Training will be made available for the right person if they wish to progress after a probationary period.

Tree Surgeon - climber

Applicants will be able to demonstrate a wide range of arboricultural skills and knowledge. This post would suit an experienced arborist who may not wish to climb every day and who enjoys other arboricultural/forestry related work.

Must have relevant certificates of competence and clean driving licence. Would suit hard-working and self-motivated persons with attention to detail.

Essential minimum requirements:

N.P.T.C or LANTRA Qualified
First Aid at Work
Full driving licence
1 year minimum experience
